What is your cancellation policy?
We are a small company and are in a remote location. Cancellations affect us significantly and for this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy. A $1000 deposit is due immediately upon verbal date confirmation. Full payment is required upon receipt of final invoice and is due on or before May 1st, of each year. Deposits are non-refundable. Balances are non-refundable.
