The Fleet
The Good Hope Cannery fleet is custom-designed to be the most powerful, safest and most comfortable on the Inlet, built of welded aluminum to our specifications. All boats are equipped with top of the line safety and navigation equipment, including well-stocked first aid kits and personal floatation devices. Small touches like T-tops protect all our guests from sun and rain. Significant innovations, like the heads (toilets) in our premium guide boats, are hands-down favourites for many anglers.We offer 20' guest boats for our self-guided anglers who wish to venture out on their own, 20' guide boats for those who prefer to fish in the company of one of our resident experts, and 25' premium guide boats for those anglers looking for a bit more luxury.
Guest boats are 20-foot center console with a 90-horsepower four-stroke engine. Each is equipped with a quality VHF radio, electronic and paper charts, GPS and depth sounder. Along with bait, Trophy XL rods and Islander reels, halibut gear is also available.
Premium guide boats are 25-foot center console with twin 150-horsepower four-stoke engines as well as a 9.9 HP trolling motor. Guide boats are equipped with everything: radio, charts, GPS, depth sounder, radar, satellite radios for music and news, even deck chairs
