cancellation policy

Because of our small size and remote location, cancellations affect us significantly and for this reason, we need to uphold a strict cancellation policy. A $750 deposit is required immediately on verbal confirmation of reservation and must be received within 10 days of confirmation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to commencement of package, full payment is required upon receipt of final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable. Less than 60 days prior to departure, package price is non refundable. More then 60 days prior to departure package price less deposit is fully refundable.
