After a long day of chasing salmon, our guests sit down to hardy, yet elegant dinners imaginatively prepared and beautifully presented. Service is friendly and polished. Good Hope also features a well stocked wine cellar and guests can be assured the right wines will be suggested to compliment their meals. Breakfasts are as hearty or light as you please, and lunches can be packed or prepared hot at the lodge. We serve hors d'oeuvres in the lounge nightly, our bar is fully stocked, and our wine cellar grows every season. And soup is always on and snacks abound.
