rooms and relaxing
You’re in the wild here, but the Good Hope Cannery is a very civilized place. The lounge, where most of the après fishing activity takes place, is warm and club-like, with deep chairs, vintage lighting, and an eclectic collection of original west coast art. The handcrafted wooden bar dates from the ‘20s, and the circular fireplace warms and invites every evening.
Rooms have been restored in the spirit of the cannery, simple and authentic, but with many fine details and luxury touches: queen beds have brand new extra-long Simmons Luxury mattresses (in salmon, as in beds, length matters).
Sheets and towels are of high-gauge cotton, and lighting fixtures are specially chosen antiques. Private ensuite and daily maid service, of course. |
